Drone Video – Standard: 1-2 minutes of edited drone video of just the exterior of a house or small/medium construction site or commercial property: $150 ($100 when done in combination with other photo services)
Drone Video – XL: 1-2 minutes of edited drone video of just the exterior of a larger or more complicated property or construction site: $200+ ($150+ when done in combination with other photo services)
Drone Video AND Interior Video – Standard: 1-2 minutes of edited drone and interior video clips of a house or small/medium construction site or commercial property: $250 ($200 when done in combination with other photo services)
Drone Video AND Interior Video – With Appearance/Voiceover: $300 when the video also includes all of the above, plus talking parts and/or voiceover (provided by the client). ($50 discount when done in combination with a photo package)

Matterport Virtual Tours – Standard: A digital model of an average-sized house: $175
Matterport Virtual Tours – XL: A digital model of a larger or more complicated house or commercial property: $200
NEW – Add a schematic floor plan to any Matterport Tour for just $20 (or $40 if over 10K sq.ft.)
Includes up to two months of hosting your 3d model. Longer-term hosting can be arranged at an additional cost of $150 per year (or $15 per month) for up to 5 spaces, paid in advance.

Monthly Visits: $200 per visit (includes 1 or 2 positions – additional positions cost $10 each per visit)
Biweekly Visits: $175 per visit (includes 1 or 2 positions – additional positions cost $10 each per visit)
Weekly Visits: $150 per visit (includes 1 or 2 positions – additional positions cost $10 each per visit)
Other Construction-Related Services:
Orthomosaic Mapping: See Sample Includes 2d and 3d output in a variety of file formats: $200 for up to 10 acres ($5 per additional acre)
Roof Inspections: Drone photos of the roof of a house or small/medium commercial property: $150

Headshot Photos: At your home or place of business. You can choose “studio” or “environmental” style photos: $75 per person. Group rate for 3 or more people getting individual headshots during one visit: $60 per person.
Stock Photos and Video

Extra visits:
If I need to visit your location more than once to complete a single job, I charge a $50 fee plus $5 per photo (plus travel, if applicable).
Examples of reasons for extra visits:
Some parts of the property are not ready for photos/videos.
Client changes their mind about how to arrange things.
Returning in the evening for twilight photos or video.
You decide to add on additional services, but you don’t let me know until I am already there.
Travel fee:
- Within about 20 minutes drive (one way) of State College, PA: Included in price above
- 21-30 minutes (each way): $50
- 31-45 minutes (each way): $100
- 45 minutes – 1 hour (each way): $150
- ($50 additional for each additional 15 minutes of one-way driving)
If you have multiple jobs that I can do on the same day that are far from me but in close proximity to each other, the travel fee would be calculated based on total driving time, not per job.
Taxes:
All jobs are subject to Pennsylvania’s 6 percent sales tax, unless purchased by a tax-exempt organization or a client from outside of Pennsylvania.
